This multi tenant industrial type facility is being constructed in the St.Anne de Bellevue industrial park. Construction started in late May 2006 with tenant spaces being delivered for September 2006.Despite some of the challenging earth work operations due to soil sensitivity and many rain delays, the building is still meeting its original delivery date for its lead tenant.
The 120,000 sq.ft building sits with a 28 ft clear height and column spans of 40 ft in one direction. The building foundations and structure have been designed to add future mezzanines for tenant growth. Other important features have been incorporated to ensure for greater tenant flexibility; ESFR sprinkler system, accommodating dock foundation designs to add additional doors in the future, large staging area, and ample paved loading areas.
