Broccolini has been mandated by 20 Vic Management to renovate and expand Lansdowne Place, a two-floor shopping center, located in Peterborough, Ontario. Previously a 277,515 sq.ft. surface area accommodating 65 businesses, Lansdowne Place will now grow of ±160 000 sq.ft. thanks to Broccolini’s work.
Broccolini is responsible for the expansion of the existing building and the interior design of the common areas, such as the food court, the promenades and the public washrooms. The building’s exterior features will adopt a “country” theme with its wooden panels. The exterior envelope will be made up of masonry and glazing that embrace this particular style.
The management of this mega project, which began in November 2008, will be carried out according to budgetary and time constraints determined by the client, and will be completed in November 2009.
