Founded in Montreal in 1961, Hewlett-Packard’s Canadian subsidiary offers technological solutions to consumers, businesses and institutions worldwide. It operates 28 offices across the country and serves over a billion clients in more than 170 countries distributed over six continents.
HP Canada has chosen 2344 Alfred-Nobel – a real estate project developed, constructed and managed entirely by Broccolini Construction – as the site of its offices and laboratories in the Montreal area. Since 2009, this building at the heart of Technoparc Saint-Laurent has provided a class-A working environment to major companies in the field of science and advanced technologies. Located near Montreal’s international airport and major highways, its main tenant is Bristol-Myers-Squibb (BMS), which occupies two of its four floors.
HP Canada has entrusted the interior arrangement of the 27,000-sq.-ft. surface it rents to Broccolini. The building’s design includes full-height windows that maximize the natural light, and finishing made only of the highest quality materials.
