Dealer Tire is a tire distributor that works in partnership with a number of automotive industry multinationals, including Mercedez-Benz, BMW, Toyota and Volkswagen. Founded in the U.S., the company provides equipment, training and technical support to over 7,000 dealers in North America.
Dealer Tire chose Broccolini‘s multi-tenant industrial complex on Daoust Boulevard in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue as the site of its Montréal warehouse. Located in the industrial park, the building was designed and constructed by Broccolini, which has managed it since 2007. It has a total area of 145,000 sq. ft. and a vertical clearance of 28 feet.
Broccolini Construction has been entrusted to execute the tenant fit-up consisting of a total of 54,000 sq.ft. warehouse /distribution centre including 1,500 sq.ft of dock office space. The work includes installation of a fire pump to accommodate an increase water pressure in the fire protection system. Work began in November 2009 and was completed in January 2010.
