General Contracting
General contracting is a contractual agreement between Broccolini Construction Inc. and the client, where we take full responsibility for all construction contracts, manage the work and services of our own forces as well as those of subcontractors, and ensure the project is completed on time and on budget. The client is responsible for the hiring of professionals (architect, engineers, etc.) and the production of detailed working drawings prior to construction commencing. Initially providing construction services to the Public sector, Broccolini has since flourished in the private sector where relationships, commitment, efficiency, value and integrity are most rewarding for all our team and naturally leading us to the next step - Design-Build.
