Broccolini’s recruitment process always includes in-person interviews with a member of our Human Resources team and/or a member of our management team prior to any official employment offer. Money would never be requested in exchange for a position or to secure a visa to enter Canada.

Pre-Construction Coordinator


Reporting to the Vice-President, Pre-Construction & Business Development, the Pre-Construction Coordinator will ensure the successful due diligence verifications, surveys of potential development or construction projects in accordance with client requests, project deliverables and established cost control. The incumbent will work on multiple development leads at a time and will assemble and direct professionals for different requirements.


  • Communicate with client to keep them abreast of design content, costs and methodology
  • Conduct site tours and coordinate meetings with clients and project construction team
  • Act as liaison between VP and professionals
  • Participate in project due diligence including tracking and documenting reports, participating in development cost exercises and assisting in the preparation of monthly progress draws for partnership deals
  • Monitor project deliverables from professional mandates
  • Approve professional billing
  • Assemble, analyze, negotiate and award tenders for approval by VP
  • Prepare preliminary action items during development meetings with client prospects
  • Coordinate project planning with the estimation and construction departments
  • Assist in obtaining clarifications from brokers to resolve any issues
  • Coordinate all other project needs with appropriate parties
  • Follow up with governing authorities for approvals
  • Assist in design meetings
  • Keep an organized and updated file structure
  • Manage and file photos for development investigations
  • Chair meetings and prepare minutes
  • In absence of Vice-President, meet with site landlords to ensure conformity of lease obligations
  • Ensure sustained project effort through the close-out stages to ensure client satisfaction
  • Participate in corporate and construction events
  • Play an active role in supporting business development initiatives


  • Minimum DEC in Architectural Technology, Civil or Building Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bilingual - French and English
