Saint-Laurent Multi-tenant

Broccolini designed and built this multi-tenant industrial complex located in the industrial park in 2007. The building can be tailored to meet your own operational needs, with new materials and equipment, larger service bays, more vertical clearance, better temperature control system and more. With a surface area of 80,000 sq.ft. and 16,000 sq.ft. of mezzanine space, the building was designed to accommodate up to three (3) tenants. The building offers 28 feet of free height in the warehouse portion of the building in order to maximize storage space. The foundation and structure of the building were designed to allow for the possibility of creating up to 3,200 sq.ft. of mezzanine space for tenants' immediate or future growth. Other important features were incorporated into the building for greater tenant flexibility, including an ESFR sprinkler system as well as three drive-in doors to accommodate tenant requirements.
