BDC Lowes
This industrial project for Lowes will be developed by Broccolini In partnership with Investors Group (IG). Broccolini is acting as both the Development Manager and General Contractor for the construction of this new Bulk Distribution Centre for Appliances.
Located in Milton, Ontario, the 750,000-square-foot facility will include a warehousing area, an office space, a shipping office, and a customer pick-up area. The building will be designed and constructed to accommodate a future 250,000-square-foot expansion. The building will also feature solar panels that will produce up to 50% of the power required to operate the facility.
The project is slated for delivery in December 2022.
