Derry Green Industrial Park

This industrial project is being developed by Broccolini in partnership with Sunlife BentallGreenOak. Broccolini is acting as both the Development Manager and General Contractor for the construction of the largest Industrial Spec Building Project in the Sunlife portfolio.

Located in Milton, Ontario, on 53.3 acres of industrial land, the project will feature four buildings with a combined area of approximately 970,000 square feet.

Buildings 1, 3, and 4 are being designed and constructed to be ready for conversion to Net Zero facilities in the future, and Building 2 will be an Electric Net Zero facility, with solar panels to offset the building’s electrical energy consumption.

The project is scheduled to be completed in September 2023.
