ABB Campus

Broccolini partnered with ABB, a global leader in energy and automation, to design and build its Canadian headquarters and R&D centre in Montreal’s Saint-Laurent Technoparc. The 300,000 sq.ft. campus includes a six-storey, 173,000 sq.ft. office tower and a 130,000 sq.ft. research facility, designed with future growth in mind.

Completed in early 2017, the project met a tight timeline and complex technical demands—from seismic separation between structures to preserving protected trees. Built to LEED Silver standards, the campus prioritizes sustainability with efficient systems, local materials, and direct access to transit.
