With an ideal location in Ottawa, this multi-tenant office building offers 105,000 sq.ft. divided over five floors. An 80,000-sq.ft. two-level parking structure is adjacent to the building.

Laurentian Place was designed as a green building, achieving LEED® Silver Certification, meeting the highest environmental standards. This results in operational and maintenance cost savings while also offering positive health benefits for the occupants of the building. The building layout maximizes natural light and gives the space an airy feel. The construction of the building tower as well as the parking structure took place simultaneously. Construction started in March 2012 and was completed by March 2013.
