Broccolini has recently been informed of fraudulent recruitment activities targeting people outside of Canada. The suspected organization or individuals are sending employment contracts pretending to be Broccolini representatives and are requesting personal information to start an immigration procedure for employment in Canada. Please be cautious of these emails as they are considered fraudulent and a way of stealing money and identity as well as other personal information from you.

Broccolini’s recruitment process always includes in-person interviews with a member of our Human Resources team and/or a member of our management team prior to any official employment offer. Money would never be requested in exchange for a position or to secure a visa to enter Canada.

We recommend that you do not respond to unsolicited employment offers from people with whom you are unfamiliar and suggest that you report them to your local authorities. If you think you have received a fraudulent employment offer, please forward it to and ensure to include the original subject line, email address of sender and complete message including attachments.

Victoria sur le parc

Broccolini Corporate Centre Saint-Laurent 1

Address: 2344 boulevard Alfred-Nobel, Saint-Laurent

Completion date: 2009

Building area: 107,000 sq.ft.

Contract: Developer, Owner, Landlord

The strategic location of this 4-storey building provides it with good visibility in addition to being situated in the heart of rapidly developing business centre.

Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) is an American pharmaceutical company which has been established in Canada for nearly 80 years. BMS Canada mandated Broccolini to design-build its new Canadian head office in the heart of the Saint-Laurent Technoparc.

BMS Canada is the main tenant, occupying 60,000 of the building's 107,000 sq.ft., representing 2 of the 4 floors. Aimed at providing a superior quality office environment, the building's design developed by Broccolini includes full-height windows to maximize natural light, large landings, and a main entrance hall with a security guard, as well as ample outside and underground parking. The exterior envelope of this multi-tenant project is composed of superior quality masonry and metal and glass curtain walls. Class A materials were also used for all of the building's interior finishes. The building's insulation meets or exceeds the provincial standards for energy efficiency.

Broccolini also completed the interior layout for the remaining tenants, including the interior space rented by Beiersdorf on the ground floor (11,000 sq. ft.), Discovery Air Innovations (4,000 sq. ft.), and HP Canada (27,000 sq. ft.).

"We are thrilled with our new space. You made this a pleasant and positive experience despite the project's extremely tight deadline. Your team's attention to our needs and their sustained efforts were very genuine."

- Michael Rea, Controller, BMS
