Broccolini has recently been informed of fraudulent recruitment activities targeting people outside of Canada. The suspected organization or individuals are sending employment contracts pretending to be Broccolini representatives and are requesting personal information to start an immigration procedure for employment in Canada. Please be cautious of these emails as they are considered fraudulent and a way of stealing money and identity as well as other personal information from you.

Broccolini’s recruitment process always includes in-person interviews with a member of our Human Resources team and/or a member of our management team prior to any official employment offer. Money would never be requested in exchange for a position or to secure a visa to enter Canada.

We recommend that you do not respond to unsolicited employment offers from people with whom you are unfamiliar and suggest that you report them to your local authorities. If you think you have received a fraudulent employment offer, please forward it to and ensure to include the original subject line, email address of sender and complete message including attachments.

Victoria sur le parc

Saint-Laurent - Multi-Tenant

Address: 3200 Rue Guénette, Saint-Laurent

Completion date: 2007

Building area: 80,000 sq.ft.

Contract: Design-Build

The construction for this modern multi-tenant industrial building began in June, 2007 and the rentable spaces were delivered in November, 2007.

Broccolini designed and built this multi-tenant complex located in the industrial park in 2007. The building is a new construction that can be tailored to meet your own operational needs, with new materials and equipment, larger service bays, more vertical clearance, better temperature control system and more.

With a surface area of 80,000 sq.ft. and 16,000 sq.ft. of mezzanine space, the building was designed to accommodate up to three (3) tenants. The building offers 28 feet of free height in the warehouse portion of the building in order to maximize storage space. The foundation and structure of the building were designed to allow for the possibility of creating up to 3,200 sq.ft. of mezzanine space for tenants' immediate or future growth.

Other important features were incorporated into the building for greater tenant flexibility, including an ESFR sprinkler system as well as three drive-in doors to accommodate tenant requirements.

VF Outdoors occupies approximately 26,000 sq.ft. of the LEED® Certified building with offices, warehouse space as well as showrooms for their numerous clothing & apparel brands such as; The North Face®, JanSport, The Vans® and Napapijri®.

Despite some challenging scheduling constraints, the tenant improvement space was built and delivered to VF Outdoors just eight weeks following the finalized architectural interior layout. Within the eight week time frame, an elaborate interior space, comprising 30-foot partition walls and numerous bulkheads, was constructed according to the requirements for LEED Corporate Interiors. The original delivery date was respected and the space was delivered to VF Outdoors in November 2007, as planned.
