IMPORTANT MESSAGE

Broccolini has recently been informed of fraudulent recruitment activities targeting people outside of Canada. The suspected organization or individuals are sending employment contracts pretending to be Broccolini representatives and are requesting personal information to start an immigration procedure for employment in Canada. Please be cautious of these emails as they are considered fraudulent and a way of stealing money and identity as well as other personal information from you.

Broccolini’s recruitment process always includes in-person interviews with a member of our Human Resources team and/or a member of our management team prior to any official employment offer. Money would never be requested in exchange for a position or to secure a visa to enter Canada.

We recommend that you do not respond to unsolicited employment offers from people with whom you are unfamiliar and suggest that you report them to your local authorities. If you think you have received a fraudulent employment offer, please forward it to hrinfo@broccolini.com and ensure to include the original subject line, email address of sender and complete message including attachments.

Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue - Multi-Tenant Phase 2

Address: 21 090 rue Daoust, Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue

Completion date: 2007

Building area: 145,000 sq.ft.

Contract: Design-Build

Over the years, Broccolini has built many industrial buildings. The company understands the need for adaptable slab designs, very high ceilings, and flexible infrastructures.

The construction of this multi-tenant industrial facility began in May 2007 with tenant spaces being delivered in September 2007. With its 145,000 sq.ft. building footprint, the facility was designed to accommodate up to seven (7) tenants. The building structure provides 28-ft. vertical clearance in the warehouse portion for increased storage space. The building foundations and structure were designed to accommodate the possibility of adding future mezzanine spaces for both immediate and future tenant growth.

Other important features have been incorporated into the building for greater tenant flexibility including an ESFR sprinkler system, dock foundation designs that can accommodate additional doors in the future, a large staging area, wide paved loading areas and multiple entries.
