Broccolini has recently been informed of fraudulent recruitment activities targeting people outside of Canada. The suspected organization or individuals are sending employment contracts pretending to be Broccolini representatives and are requesting personal information to start an immigration procedure for employment in Canada. Please be cautious of these emails as they are considered fraudulent and a way of stealing money and identity as well as other personal information from you.

Broccolini’s recruitment process always includes in-person interviews with a member of our Human Resources team and/or a member of our management team prior to any official employment offer. Money would never be requested in exchange for a position or to secure a visa to enter Canada.

We recommend that you do not respond to unsolicited employment offers from people with whom you are unfamiliar and suggest that you report them to your local authorities. If you think you have received a fraudulent employment offer, please forward it to and ensure to include the original subject line, email address of sender and complete message including attachments.

Victoria sur le parc

Future Shop

Address: 3350 Av. des Grandes Tourelles, Boisbriand

Completion date: 2008

Building area: 482,000 sq.ft.

Contract: Fixed price

After completing the construction of several projects for Future Shop, the company came to consider Broccolini as an essential partner in the planning process leading to the opening of new stores.

Thanks to this partnership, Broccolini saw itself entrusted with the site development, permit applications, and other planning details for several stores per year.

In 2008, Broccolini carried out the interior finishing of 5 Future Shop outlets, 3 of which were located in buildings constructed from A to Z by Broccolini: Saint-Jean, Sherbrooke and Boisbriand (Faubourg Boisbriand). Future Shop also entrusted Broccolini with the interior finishing of the Brossard store (Quartier Dix30), as well as their store in Rimouski.

With a surface area measuring between 20,000 and 25,000 sq.ft., the stores were built according to Future Shop's specific requirements for the interior design of its new buildings. The aesthetics of the most recent stores (in Saint-Jean and Rimouski) followed a new and improved design, very specific and unique to Future Shop.

The contract's main challenge was Broccolini's simultaneous supervision of all the steps involved in the various Future Shop projects located in different regions across Quebec, all with tight deadlines. The challenge was met with success: the delivery of the 5 stores was achieved efficiently and on time (approximately 3 months per building), so that each store was able to open according to the client's desired schedule.
