The suspected organization or individuals are sending employment contracts pretending to be Broccolini representatives and are requesting personal information to start an immigration procedure for employment in Canada. Please be cautious of these emails as they are considered fraudulent and a way of stealing money and identity as well as other personal information from you.

Broccolini’s recruitment process always includes in-person interviews with a member of our Human Resources team and/or a member of our management team prior to any official employment offer. Money would never be requested in exchange for a position or to secure a visa to enter Canada.

We recommend that you do not respond to unsolicited employment offers from people with whom you are unfamiliar and suggest that you report them to your local authorities. If you think you have received a fraudulent employment offer, please forward it to hrinfo@broccolini.com and ensure to include the original subject line, email address of sender and complete message including attachments.

Westcliff Management entrusted Broccolini with the construction of a new phase of commercial development on the outskirts of the Les Promenades de Drummondville. This one-storey building was designed to accommodate four (4) tenants, of which the main tenants are Future Shop and The Brick.

For the past 35 years, Westcliff has specialized in the development, construction and management of real estate projects in Canada and in the United States. The company entrusted Broccolini, one of its regular collaborators since 2003, with the construction of a new 52,000 sq.ft. building on the outskirts of the Les Promenades de Drummondville commercial centre. This one-storey building (brick and acrylic), designed to accommodate four tenants, is the first of a new phase of development for this commercial zone.

In addition to the construction of the exterior envelope for Westcliff, Broccolini was mandated by two of the tenants, Future Shop (electronics) and The Brick (furnishings, household appliances and electronics), to carry out the building's interior finishing according to the respective standards of these two retail chains. Broccolini had already realized many projects for Future Shop, and this was their fourth project with The Brick.

This contract stands out due to its triple nature as well as the effort it required in terms of coordination: the construction of the building for Westcliff and the interior finishing for both Future shop and The Brick were realized almost simultaneously, based on the tight deadlines determined by each client.

It was a turn-key initiative on the part of Broccolini, who oversaw the successful completion of each step of this multi-faceted project, which began on June 9, 2008. The work ended on November 14th, 2008, in time for the opening dates for both stores.
