Broccolini has recently been informed of fraudulent recruitment activities targeting people outside of Canada. The suspected organization or individuals are sending employment contracts pretending to be Broccolini representatives and are requesting personal information to start an immigration procedure for employment in Canada. Please be cautious of these emails as they are considered fraudulent and a way of stealing money and identity as well as other personal information from you.

Broccolini’s recruitment process always includes in-person interviews with a member of our Human Resources team and/or a member of our management team prior to any official employment offer. Money would never be requested in exchange for a position or to secure a visa to enter Canada.

We recommend that you do not respond to unsolicited employment offers from people with whom you are unfamiliar and suggest that you report them to your local authorities. If you think you have received a fraudulent employment offer, please forward it to hrinfo@broccolini.com and ensure to include the original subject line, email address of sender and complete message including attachments.

XTL Transport

XTL Transport Inc. has been in business for over 30 years and has been growing steadily since. In 2004, they turned to Broccolini for the construction of a distribution center in Dorval, followed by the head office and garage in Vaudreuil, in 2007. Broccolini has the privilege to once again collaborate with XTL to build a new distribution center in the East-End of Montreal.

Since 1985, XTL has been growing steadily within a very competitive industry. XTL selected Broccolini for this design-build project of its new distribution center located in the Rivière-des-Prairies-Pointe-aux-Trembles borough. The existing facilities will be demolished to make way for the 335 000 sq.ft. building comprised primarily by the warehouse which will include a 15 607 sq.ft. office area in addition to the 29 600 sq.ft. two-level mezzanine dedicated to the main office space.

A noteworthy aspect in this project is the inclusion of a railway running alongside the building and allowing cargo trains direct access to the warehouse. This addition is the major challenge of this project slated to be completed in the late summer of 2018.
