The suspected organization or individuals are sending employment contracts pretending to be Broccolini representatives and are requesting personal information to start an immigration procedure for employment in Canada. Please be cautious of these emails as they are considered fraudulent and a way of stealing money and identity as well as other personal information from you.

Broccolini’s recruitment process always includes in-person interviews with a member of our Human Resources team and/or a member of our management team prior to any official employment offer. Money would never be requested in exchange for a position or to secure a visa to enter Canada.

We recommend that you do not respond to unsolicited employment offers from people with whom you are unfamiliar and suggest that you report them to your local authorities. If you think you have received a fraudulent employment offer, please forward it to and ensure to include the original subject line, email address of sender and complete message including attachments.

Major renovation works are underway to unite 2 of downtown's most prominent shopping centers: Eaton Center and Complexe les AILES, both owned by Ivanhoe Cambridge, who will rename the shopping destination upon completion. This renovation will make way for their biggest tenant, Saks OFF 5TH.

Ivanhoé Cambridge, the real estate branch of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec is the owner of Eaton Center and Complexe les Ailes which are part of the group's Plan Montreal - a massive investment project to revamp and rebuild a selection of prime properties in their real estate portfolio among which Place Ville Marie and the Queen Elisabeth hotel - The shopping centers that currently welcome 34 million visitors annually will undergo significant renovations to accommodate their biggest tenant, luxury discount retailer Saks OFF 5TH, an HBC company. The Saks retail space will occupy 44,840 sq.ft.

The renovations are expected to be completed by fall 2020. A pre-launch is planned in fall 2019 for major tenants such as Saks.

A total of approximately 500 000 sq.ft. and 4 storeys of both malls will be completely overhauled including the unification of the 2 buildings.
