With a surface area of over 1 million square feet, this fast-tracked project, which opened in 2019, became the largest industrial facility ever to be constructed in the National Capital Region and created more than 600 new full-time jobs once operational.

In addition to its role as a builder and developer of the Ottawa Fulfillment Centre, Broccolini will also act as landlord and property manager.
