The building is the initiative of 25 co-owners who entrusted Broccolini with the entire project, including negotiations with the Bank of Montreal for the project's financing. It was Broccolini's first residential project in 30 years.
Each of the concrete building's 12 storeys has a surface area of 7,700 sq.ft., and the average area of each housing unit is 850 sq.ft. Upon completion, the units were made available for rent.
