Ikea Distribution Center

IKEA is a Swedish multinational that designs and sells ready-to-assemble furniture, kitchens appliances as well as home decor accessories. The home furnishings retailer operates 13 locations across Canada. The Beauharnois distribution center will supply Quebec and Ontario provinces.

Canadian Tire Distribution Centre

Canadian Tire is investing in a new 1.5 M sq.ft. distribution centre on a plot of land of approximately 180 acres. The new facility will be able to process between 350 to 800 truck deliveries daily.

Cooper Standard

This design-build building is a industrial manufacturing and warehousing facility with associated office space that will be built for our future tenant Cooper Automotive Canada.

Gateway Distribution Centre

Parc d’affaires Quarante30

Broccolini has completed the construction of the first building in its industrial development in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Cardinal Health Canada

Cardinal Health Canada is establishing its new headquarters in Dorval and Broccolini has been mandated to carry out this design-build project. Located on Rue De l'Aviation, the new construction is a building of nearly 300,000 sq.ft and meets the operational and distribution needs of Cardinal Health Canada.

Sanmina

Sanmina, a manufacturer of complex and innovative optical, electronic and mechanical products, had to move into new facilities in a very short time span. Broccolini submitted its proposal and, with the support of the City of Kanata, the project was executed in record time.

Tenaquip

The new larger and improved Tenaquip headquarters will allow the company to continue to grow and offer more in-stock products and more effective service. After a few bumps along the way in the course of the project, the company was finally able to move into the new facility in May, 2015.

Frank Lyman Design

A veteran clothing designer for independent women, Frank Lyman shows no signs of slowing down. On the contrary, with over 40 years of experience in the business, in 2014 they inaugurated new facilities and wanted to bring their business to the next level.

Viau Foods Phase 2

Cured meat manufacturer Viau Foods thinks big. With an investment in an expansion project, the company will remain at the forefront of its sector in addition to creating more than one hundred jobs over a period of 3 years. With this expansion, the company has doubled the size of its factory.

Refrigerated Dairy Distribution Centre

Located in Saint-Laurent, the 125,000 sq.ft. expansion project for the Refrigerated Dairy Distribution Centre along the Côte-de-Liesse, began in April 2014.

Target Distribution Centre

In 2011, Target embarked on a process of market penetration into Canada with its purchase of 189 Zellers stores across the country. However, Target opted not to purchase the distribution centres and therefore needed to have these built according to particular specifications in order to accommodate the supply of various goods to their stores.

Hewitt Equipment Limited

As the authorized Caterpillar dealer for Quebec and Western Labrador, Hewitt Equipment Limited provides equipment and services to industries such as construction, mining, forestry and transportation. Hewitt turned to their longtime partner, Broccolini, for the construction of a new branch in Wabush.

Eglo Canada

Eglo Canada, a company in the decorative home lighting fixtures industry, opted to establish their 64,500 sq.ft. head office in the Baie-d'Urfé industrial park, thanks to its many advantages.

Sobeys

One of the largest food distributors in Canada, Sobeys invested in order to build a highly-automated distribution centre for their Quebec division in the Montreal suburb of Terrebonne. The centre would feature cutting-edge technology to better serve their stores and their clients.


Danesco

Danesco markets and distributes a wide range of kitchen accessories. When the company reached the full capacity of their facilities, they turned to Broccolini to enlarge their warehouse.

CAE

Renovation project of CAE's offices located in Kanata, Ontario, including the addition of a laboratory. Broccolini was mandated with the fixed price renovation project of this three- (3) storey building.

Dealer Tire

Dealer Tire Canada chose to establish its warehouse in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue's industrial park. The building, owned by Broccolini, was therefore redesigned to meet the operational needs of the new tenant.

Newrest

Newrest is an industrial catering company specializing in the aviation sector and operating in more than 49 countries, with their headquarters in Toulouse in France. They were looking to add a facility to their network in Calgary. In 2008, they turned to Broccolini who responded to their needs for the construction of their new Canadian headquarters.

M&M Footwear

M&M Footwear, a major shoe importer established in Québec, entrusted Broccolini with the construction of its new building located on the corner of Thimens Boulevard and Pomba Street in the Saint-Laurent borough of Montréal, not far from its original location on Gougeon Street.

Aero Toy Store

Aero Toy Store required an expansion of their Dorval facility in order to maintain the scope of their services. A world leader in aeronautics, the company specializes in the sale and refurbishment of small luxury jet airplanes.

CCL Label

Already operating on the South Shore of Montreal on a smaller scale, CCL Label turned to Broccolini for the design and construction of their new facility to be located in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville; a building specifically designed for pharmaceutical labelling.

Dorval - Multi-tenant Phase 1

Broccolini completed phase 1 of its design-build project of an industrial multi-tenant building in Dorval. With a total surface area of 112,100 square feet, the steel structure building includes 15,500 square feet of mezzanine space and its exterior envelope consists of metal siding, brick and curtain walls.

Everest Cold Storage

Everest Cold Storage entrusted Broccolini with the management of its new construction project in Dorval – a large refrigerated warehouse with a free height of almost 45 feet.


Dorval - Multi-Tenant Phase 2

Broccolini completed the second phase of its new building in Dorval designed to accommodate five (5) industrial tenants. The entire project covers a surface area of 89,000 sq.ft., of which 29,800 sq.ft. (with a 6,200 sq.ft. mezzanine) are occupied by the offices and workshops of National Process Equipment.

Lafarge

Present in 76 countries, Lafarge is a world leader in construction materials. Focused on sustainable development, the company operates several research centers and laboratories in order to develop new technologies and improve the performance of their products.

Draxis

DRAXIS Health Inc. is a manufacturer of outsourced pharmaceutical products for established international pharmaceutical companies.

Saint-Laurent - Multi-Tenant

The construction for this modern multi-tenant industrial building began in June, 2007 and the rentable spaces were delivered in November, 2007.

Canadian Tire Distribution Centre

The largest warehouse ever built in one phase in Canada. Broccolini was selected for the fast-track construction of the new Eastern Canada Distribution Centre. The construction contract was valued at $125 M, making this the most lucrative contract in Broccolini's history with our largest client.

Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue - Multi-Tenant Phase 2

Over the years, Broccolini has built many industrial buildings. The company understands the need for adaptable slab designs, very high ceilings, and flexible infrastructures.

Dannyco Trading Ltd.

Established in the Canadian market for over 60 years now, Dannyco is a company that specializes in the distribution of beauty products and accessories. In 2006, the company turned to Broccolini for the construction of their new Canadian headquarters.

Tergel

In 2005, Progel, later becoming Tergel, established its first gelatin manufacturing plant in Terrbonne, Quebec. This project began with the construction of a new building followed immediately by an expansion of the plant.

Les Spécialités Dorelin

Design and construction project for a new meat processing plant for Les Spécialités Dorelin; a new company formed by Charcuterie Père Antoine and Viau Foods.


Purolator

Purolator is Canada's leading integrated freight, parcel and logistics solutions provider. The company has been serving people across Canada for more than 50 years. Purolator is continuing to expand its reach to more individuals, businesses and communities across the country and around the world.

Shomali Inc

Construction of a new manufacturing/ distribution facility for Shomali Inc. in the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue industrial park.

Sobeys Logipro

Sobeys Inc. is one of the two largest grocery chains in Canada with close to 27 distribution centres. In 2005, Broccolini oversaw the construction of a new refrigerated building for the food giant.

Hagen Industries Ltd.

Extension project for the Hagen Group of companies' warehouse located in the Ville-Saint-Laurent industrial park.

Viau Foods Phase 1

This project consisted of the construction of the first phase of Viau foods warehouse.

Anixter

Four years following the initial design-build project for its warehouse, Anixter returned to Broccolini for its expansion project.

Quetico LLC

New Canadian head office and a distribution and manufacturing facility for Quetico LLC.

ITM Instruments

Established in 1983 by David Reed, ITM Instruments is one of the first distributors by catalogue of precision electronic instruments.

ITW Muller

In 2004, the firm ITW Muller mandated Broccolini with the design and construction of their new building in Kirkland.

Héroux-Devtek

Héroux-Devtek is a company specializing in the manufacturing and repair of aeronautical products. The company turned to Broccolini for the design and construction of an extension to their existing facilities located in the Laval industrial park.

D. Donnelly

D. Donnelly opted for Broccolini's expertise for the realization of its project – the design and construction of its new building located in Vaudreuil.


X T L Transport Inc.

XTL Distribution Services, part of XTL Group of Companies, a privately owned, asset-based Logistics Company, selected Broccolini for the turn-key design-build of their new head office located in Vaudreuil, Quebec.

XTL Transport

XTL Transport Inc. started their operations in 1985 and the company has grown steadily since. In 2004, they turned to Broccolini for the construction of a new distribution centre in Dorval with a surface area of 100,000 sq.ft.

Easton Sports

Sporting goods company Easton, whose head office is located in California, felt the need to position themselves in the Canadian market and opted for Kirkland for the establishment of their Canadian headquarters for their hockey division.

Vortex Aquatic Structures

With over 6,000 facilities in 35 countries, Vortex Aquatic Structures is the leader in the aquatic games industry, designing products that are ever more fun, safer, and more innovative. In 2003, the company approached Broccolini for the construction management of its new headquarters and manufacturing facility in Pointe-Claire.

Warnaco

Clothing manufacturer Warnaco relied on Broccolini's services for the relocation of its warehouse and distribution centre.

US Merchants Canada

American company, U.S. Merchants, whose head office is located in Beverly Hills, California, mandated Broccolini with the design and construction of facilities for their Canadian subsidiary in the industrial park in Saint-Anne-de-Bellevue, Quebec.

Michelangelo

Since its founding in 1986, Michelangelo experienced growth that has seen the company become a leader in North America in the distribution of art and frames. In 2003, Michelangelo mandated Broccolini with the design and construction of its new headquarters and distribution center in Lachine.

ERB Transport

Early in the year 2000, ERB Transport had reached and surpassed the maximum capacity of their facilities in Dorval. The company therefore needed a larger facility in order to serve the Quebec territory. With no possibility of expanding their original facility, ERB finally opted for the construction of a new terminal in Vaudreuil.

Clarke Transport

New construction of a 50,000 sq.ft. building for Clarke Transport.

Berlex Canada inc.

In 2002, Berlex Canada, the Canadian subsidiary of the German pharmaceutical company Schering AG, turned to Broccolini for the realization of the design and construction of its project.

Trimag

Trimag approached Broccolini with its plan to build new facilities for their offices and their manufacturing plant, for a combined surface area of 55,000 sq.ft., to be located in Boisbriand.

Henryka Bozanto

In 2002, Henryka Bozanto mandated Broccolini with the design and construction of their new 100,000 sq.ft. facility.

Excel-Pac

Wanting to increase its visibility in the Canadian and US markets, Excel-Pac Inc. decided to build an ultramodern facility with larger capacity. They opted to establish themselves in the 640 West Industrial Park, located in the city of Terrebonne.

Parker Hannifin

Founded in 1918 by Arthur L. Parker, this Cleveland, Ohio-based company has been operating in Canada for over 40 years.

Sunlife Financial

In 2001, Broccolini built this multi-tenant complex. Upon completion of the project, Sun Life became the main tenant. Conveniently located with quick and easy access to the Metropolitan and the Laurentian Autoroute, the complex is a building that lends itself to both commercial and industrial uses.

Anglo Canadian Mercantile

Wholesaler/distributer of housewares, Anglo Canadian Mercantile mandated Broccolini with the design-build of its new head office located in the Pointe-Claire industrial park.

Phytoderm

The Canadian distributor for Yon-Ka Paris products, Phytoderm, approached Broccolini for the design and construction of its headquarters.

Modugno Hortibec

Founded in 1954, Modugno-Hortibec entrusted Broccolini with the mandate for the construction of its new head office and manufacturing installation.

Atlas Cold Storage

This three-phase project was awarded to Broccolini in 2000 by Atlas Cold Storage. In its entirety, the project represented a total surface area of 175,000 sq.ft.

JAM Industries Limited

Over their last 30 years in business, Jam Industries have been able to continuously refine and improve their supply chain upon which both clients and suppliers confidently rely. In order to further this mission, JAM Industries turned to Broccolini for the construction of their new facility.
