Audrey-Julie Dallaire

Prior to joining Broccolini in 2019, Audrey-Julie Dallaire worked in private practice specializing in municipal, administrative, environmental, and real estate and construction law. She represented and advised public bodies and municipalities, as well as small, medium, and large private companies. She has represented her clients before the courts in administrative, civil, and criminal litigation proceedings, and has acted as senior lawyer for numerous major real estate and investment transactions. A masters-level university lecturer and sought-after conference speaker, Audrey-Julie is also the author of multiple articles in municipal, construction, and environmental law.

When she joined Broccolini, Audrey-Julie was the company’s only in-house Legal Counsel. Now, as Director of Legal Affairs, Real Estate Group, she heads a team of lawyers across the company’s three markets. She skillfully leads the department responsible for risk management, governance, and corporate integrity, and is an important stakeholder in the strategic discussions and decision-making process regarding all legal matters related to Broccolini’s operations.

Audrey-Julie is recognized by her peers and superiors as an accomplished professional of the highest integrity. She has a 360-degree view of the legal issues surrounding contracts, real estate transactions and the resulting disputes. She also has an exceptional ability to immediately identify potential legal issues and quickly decide on the best way forward, which is an invaluable strength when negotiating partnerships, acquisitions, and construction contracts under tight deadlines.

Audrey-Julie’s leadership plays a significant role in Broccolini’s continued success. Since joining the company, she has expertly overseen all legal matters for transactions totalling over 11.6 million ft² and valued at over $4.5 billion.
