Roger Plamondon

Roger Plamondon is a highly-regarded business executive with over 40 years of experience in real-estate and development. He has a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate Sciences from Université de Québec à Montréal, an MBA in Finance from Université de Montréal and is also an alumnus of the Atlanta Emory School of Business' Accelerated Leadership Program. Prior to joining Broccolini in 2006, Roger held prominent executive positions with high-profile national and international companies and retail chains, notably in the roles of Regional VP Operations and Assistant VP of Development and Legal Affairs. Throughout his career, Roger has also held administrative and directorial positions within a number of Boards of Directors, including the Business Development Bank of Canada, the Retail Council of Canada, the Montreal Board of Trade and the Retail Council of Quebec. Roger is also a respected conference speaker, the author of multiple articles in industry publications, and a former college lecturer, leading courses in real estate mathematics and property assessment. As President of the Broccolini Real Estate Group, Roger plays a crucial role in the acquisition of properties, in the negotiation of contracts and in the development of the assets of the company. He also plays a crucial role in the IDU as chairman of the board.
