Developed and built by Broccolini, the new purpose-built warehouse will reinforce Automann’s operations and contribute to the region’s logistics network
MISSISSAUGA, ON, — October 28th, 2025. Broccolini has officially broken ground on Automann’s new logistics facility in Caledon, Ontario. The project, developed and built for Automann, a recognized leader in the supply of heavy-duty truck and trailer components, marks a key milestone in both of the family-owned companies’ growth and establishes the foundation for a strong long-term partnership.
The 333,363 sq. ft. facility, set on 14 acres, will serve as Automann’s operational hub in the region. Designed for efficiency and future growth, it will feature a 40-foot clear height, 27 dock doors, 3 drive-in doors, and EV charging for eight vehicles. The building has been designed for future rooftop solar installation and incorporates high-efficiency fixtures and drought-tolerant landscaping to promote sustainability and reduce overall water use.
“Broccolini is thrilled to be able to develop Automann’s new flagship facility that exemplifies a best-in-class logistics and warehousing project,” said Toni Wodzicki, Vice-President, Acquisitions and Investments at Broccolini. “We’re grateful of the partnership built with Automann and the confidence they’ve shown in us to deliver a facility of the utmost quality that will support their long-term success.”
“This 330,000+ sq. ft. new facility of Automann Heavy duty Canada represents a major step forward in our growth and commitment to serving customers across Canada,” expressed Dennis Singh Khanduja, President of Automann Canada. “It strengthens our supply chain, supports our sustainability goals, and reinforces our dedication to investing in the communities where we operate.”
