TORONTO, ON, September 3, 2026 — Coke Canada Bottling and Broccolini have officially broken ground on a major expansion at Coke Canada Bottling's Brampton facility, marking the start of construction on a new 62,000 sq. ft. addition. Coke Canada Bottling’s Brampton facility is their largest facility in the country and home to 1,300 employees across a manufacturing facility, warehouse, distribution centre, customer solutions call centre, and local sales centre.
The milestone was marked with a groundbreaking ceremony on site, bringing together leaders and team members from Coke Canada Bottling and Broccolini, along with trades and consultant partners and Coke Canada employees, to celebrate the start of construction.
The expansion will add to Coke Canada Bottling’s 670,000 sq. ft. Brampton facility and will be constructed alongside active manufacturing, distribution, and logistics operations. The work is being carried out through careful phasing and precise coordination, without interrupting production.
“We’re committed to growing in Brampton and building a future-ready, multi-generational business,” said Tony Chow, President of Coke Canada Bottling. “This expansion includes a state-of-the-art, technology-enabled can line that will increase local production capacity and help us bring beverage innovation to our customers faster. By investing in the capacity, capabilities, and infrastructure needed to support our long-term growth, we’re strengthening our ability to serve our customers throughout Ontario and eastern Canada.”
"Breaking ground on this expansion is a milestone we are proud to reach," said Anthony Broccolini, CEO, Broccolini. "Coke Canada Bottling is a leader in Canadian manufacturing, and delivering an expansion of this scale and complexity within a facility that never stops running reflects the depth of our industrial construction platform in Ontario."
Coke Canada Bottling has invested more than $230 million in its Brampton manufacturing and distribution operations since becoming an independent business over seven years ago. As a future-ready organization, Coke Canada Bottling is investing in the capabilities, technology, and talent needed to win and grow for today and tomorrow. Coke Canada Bottling’s Brampton team makes, moves, and sells Coca-Cola brands, Monster Energy, A&W, Canada Dry products, and more.
The project is targeted for completion in late 2027.
