Automann

Broccolini has broken ground on Automann’s new 333,363 sq. ft. flagship facility in Caledon, a purpose-built logistics hub designed to support the company’s continued Canadian expansion. Located on a 14-acre site, the building features a 40-foot clear height, 27 dock doors, 3 drive-in doors, and EV charging infrastructure, with provisions for future rooftop solar to support long-term operational efficiency.
 

Built with sustainability and scalability in mind, the facility incorporates high-efficiency systems and drought-tolerant landscaping to reduce environmental impact. The project reinforces Broccolini’s ongoing leadership in high-performance industrial development and marks a significant investment in the region’s logistics network. Completion is scheduled for late 2026.
