BDC Lowe's (Rona)

Broccolini led the development and construction of the BDC Lowe's (Rona) project in Milton, Ontario—a 750,000-sq. ft. bulk distribution centre delivered in partnership with Investors Group. The facility includes warehouse space, offices, and a customer pick-up area, with the potential to expand by 250,000 square feet.

As part of the Derry Road Logistics Campus, the project involved key site enhancements, including the extension of Labrador Avenue with Halton Region and the re-alignment of a watercourse in collaboration with Conservation Halton, creating a new creek to support local biodiversity. Solar panels provide up to 50% of the facility’s energy needs, supported by EV charging stations and stormwater retention ponds.
