As part of Ivanhoé Cambridge’s Plan Montréal initiative, Broccolini contributed to the revitalization of two key downtown landmarks: the Eaton Centre and Complexe les Ailes. This large-scale redevelopment project was part of a broader investment strategy by the real estate branch of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, which also includes assets like Place Ville Marie and the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth.
Completed in 2020, the project unified the two shopping centres through a major renovation spanning approximately 500,000 sq.ft. across four floors. The redevelopment was designed to accommodate the needs of major tenants and enhance the overall visitor experience—serving the 34 million annual guests these properties attract.
