Conestoga Cold-Storage

Broccolini was entrusted by Conestoga Cold Storage to manage the expansion of its Vaudreuil warehouse—Phase 3 of the company’s growing national footprint. Designed and built to exacting standards, the project adds 46,000 sq.ft. of cold storage with a 48-foot clear height, an 8,500 sq.ft. refrigerated loading dock, and a new rooftop mechanical room.

Engineered for optimal performance, the facility maintains temperatures between -18˚C and 4˚C, supported by insulated metal panels and energy-efficient cladding. Specialized foundations, including piles and rigid inclusions, were installed to address site conditions and support a jointless slab on grade. Construction began in June 2021 and was completed by February 2023, with racking installation underway by March 2022.
