Located in Milton, Ontario, Derry Green Industrial Park is a 53.3-acre Class A development by Broccolini in partnership with Sun Life BentallGreenOak. Completed in 2024, the park comprises four industrial buildings totaling approximately 970,000 sq.ft., with direct access to three major highway interchanges—ideal for logistics and distribution operations.

Designed with sustainability in mind, Buildings 1, 3, and 4 are Net Zero–ready, while Building 2 is a fully Electric Net Zero facility powered by rooftop solar. In addition to delivering the base buildings, Broccolini continues to oversee tenant fit-ups as leasing progresses.
