Broccolini is proud to have partnered with DSV Canada to deliver a cutting-edge, 1.3 million sq.ft. LEED-certified distribution centre in Innisfil, Ontario. Located on a 55-acre site at Highway 400 and Innisfil Beach Road, the facility features a 42-foot clear height, enabling a 28% smaller footprint than traditional structures while boosting vertical efficiency.

Designed for scale and sustainability, the centre now houses 180,000 pallet positions through high-density automated systems—50,000 more than conventional racking. With rooftop solar panels, full LED lighting, and EV charging for both trucks and cars, the project demonstrates a strong commitment to environmental performance. Completed in Q3 2025, the facility stands as a major driver of long-term economic growth in the region.
