EMS Satcom

To support rapid business growth and product innovation, EMS Satcom partnered with Broccolini for the design-build of its new Canadian headquarters in Ottawa. Awarded through a competition led by Cushman & Wakefield LePage, the project called for a facility that would accommodate expanded operations, improve efficiency, and provide space for future development.

The resulting two-storey, 105,000 sq.ft. building consolidates the company’s research and development, manufacturing, and administrative teams under one roof. Purpose-built for EMS Satcom—a division of Atlanta-based EMS Technologies specializing in satellite communication systems—the new facility plays a vital role in accelerating product delivery and fostering innovation in the aerospace communications sector.
