La nouvelle maison Radio Canada CBRE Strategic Advisory Proprosal 2022

Broccolini was proudly selected by CBC/Radio-Canada to develop, build, and operate the new Maison Radio-Canada—a 419,000 sq.ft. media and production hub in the heart of Montréal. Delivered through a Design-Build-Finance model, the project brought the broadcaster’s ambitious vision to life in a modern, purpose-built facility.

By leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM), Broccolini expertly integrated advanced infrastructure and broadcast systems. The result is a sustainable, forward-looking space featuring green roofs, energy-efficient systems, and a design aligned with the highest environmental standards, built to serve as CBC/Radio-Canada’s home for decades to come.

“Broccolini has been a valuable partner in this venture. Aside from the quality and experience of their team, one of the things that really distinguished them from the very beginning was their capacity to listen and understand our mission as well as our objectives and needs for the new Maison.”
