Broccolini is proud to lead the expansion of MDA’s state-of-the-art ±160,000 sq. ft. Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) facility, designed to support the rapid growth of its satellite programs. This high-performance aerospace environment features ISO 8-class cleanrooms for spacecraft assembly and subsystem integration, alongside specialized infrastructure including thermal cycling chambers, RF testing zones, and 15,000 kg overhead cranes. Leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM), our team is orchestrating intricate structural and MEP systems to meet rigorous technical standards. The multi-level addition also includes office spaces, mechanical mezzanines, staff amenities, and a rooftop terrace—building a secure and adaptable platform for the future of space innovation.
