In 2024, Broccolini proudly delivered two large-scale industrial facilities for Michelin in Cornwall, Ontario, totaling nearly 1 million sq.ft. Constructed on a 63-acre site acquired through one of Broccolini’s Limited Partnership funds, the project exemplifies Broccolini’s integrated model—serving as developer, builder, and property manager.

Completed in just over a year, the fast-tracked delivery speaks to Broccolini’s ability to execute complex industrial mandates with speed, precision, and quality. The facilities feature 73 loading dock doors and expansive parking areas to accommodate Michelin’s logistics operations. As Michelin’s flagship Canadian distribution centre, this project marks a significant investment in future-ready infrastructure.

Broccolini also retains additional land in the Cornwall Business Park, offering opportunities for future custom-built industrial developments.
