Broccolini delivered a new design-build manufacturing facility for Sanmina in Kanata, meeting a tight 10-month schedule to ensure the company could relocate before its previous lease expired. The project moved efficiently from planning to completion, demonstrating Broccolini’s ability to deliver on fast-track timelines.

The two-storey building features distinct administrative and production zones. The ground floor includes reception, a showroom, meeting spaces, a cafeteria, and specialized production areas such as a clean room and loading docks. The second floor offers additional workstations, meeting rooms, and a coffee bar for employees. A modern architectural design is highlighted by a distinctive pergola-style wood screen and a glazed curtain wall façade that give the building a sleek, contemporary look.
