
Located in Saint-Laurent, the 125,000-sq. ft. expansion of the Refrigerated Dairy Distribution Centre along Côte-de-Liesse began in April 2014, with Broccolini serving as construction manager. The project added a new warehouse designed to meet the client’s specialized needs, including a 20,000-sq. ft. freezer, a dedicated fine cheese warehouse, dry goods storage, food processing facilities, and employee spaces.
The entire building is fully refrigerated, presenting the unique challenge of integrating high ceilings and office space within a temperature-controlled environment. Broccolini’s expertise in complex, specialized facilities ensured the successful delivery of this highly technical, modern distribution centre.
