Following the success of Mirabel Premium Outlets, Broccolini was once again selected by global retail leader Simon Property Group to deliver a new destination shopping experience in Halton Hills. The project included 250,000 sq.ft. of retail space and a five-level, 550,000 sq.ft. parking structure. Construction began in January 2017 and was completed on schedule by October 2018.
