Broccolini is redefining Montréal’s Bridge-Bonaventure district with Triangle Nord, a landmark project that will deliver nearly 800 new homes and accelerate the area’s transformation into a hub of innovation, design, and commerce. The development underscores Broccolini’s commitment to creating vibrant, inclusive communities that meet both present and future needs.
Phase 1, developed in partnership with the Government of Canada, the Government of Québec, the City of Montréal, Bâtir son quartier, and Point Commun, will add 376 affordable and community housing units in a 20-storey tower. Construction is scheduled to begin in Summer 2026, with delivery in Fall 2028, setting new benchmarks for sustainable and accessible housing in Montréal.
Phase 2, designed, built, and owned entirely by Broccolini, will bring an additional 20-storey private residential tower with approximately 420 market units across 314,000 sq.ft. of space. Work will begin in Spring 2027 with completion expected by Winter 2029. Triangle Nord embodies Broccolini’s role as a trusted developer shaping one of Montréal’s fastest-evolving districts.
