Victoria sur le parc

Broccolini proudly developed and built Victoria sur le parc and its nine-storey podium, 700 St. Jacques, Montréal’s largest mixed-use development at the time of launch. Completed in 2023, the project delivers 400 upscale residential units in a 58-storey, 200-metre glass tower, anchored by 330,000 sq.ft. of prime office and commercial space at street level.

Strategically located between the downtown core and Old Montreal, the project creates a fluid, interconnected environment where people can live, work, and play — a bold architectural statement that reflects the city’s energy while maintaining a human experience.
