Broccolini is proud to have served as developer and builder for National Bank’s headquarters in downtown Montreal, the largest commercial real estate project in Montreal in 30 years. Spanning 1.1 million square feet and rising 40 storeys, the tower redefines the city’s skyline while reflecting the Bank’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and employee wellbeing.

From early planning through turnkey delivery, Broccolini led the full development lifecycle—managing design coordination, construction, and integrated delivery with in-house experts in MEP, BIM, and field ops. The building was delivered to meet the complex security, infrastructure, and operational demands of a modern financial institution—balancing performance, flexibility, and long-term value.
