Amazon Laval DXT-5

In early 2020, Broccolini purchased an existing industrial building on Avenue Francis-Hughes in Laval. In the coming months, this building will undergo extensive interior and exterior improvements in order to accommodate its future tenant, Amazon. The refurbished site will join Amazon’s Logistics (AMZL) network and deliver packages over the “Last Mile” to their final destination. These packages will arrive via truck from Amazon’s larger sortation and fulfillment centers before being sorted and shipped to customers.

Upon completion, the 120,000-sq.ft. building will feature 6 loading docks, a brand-new warehouse sorting area, and refurbished office and associate areas. Furthermore, this new AMZL facility will be equipped with an impressive exterior canopy. This will allow packages to be loaded into local delivery vans year-round, while protecting associates and delivery drivers from the elements.

Broccolini is very proud to once again be partnering with Amazon on this build and will be acting as Developer and General Contractor of the project, as well as Landlord of the property. With a scheduled completion date slated for the summer 2021, it won’t be long before this facility is operational.
