The new 40-storey building will rise 200 metres above ground and will total approximately 1.1 million square feet of office space. It will be connected to the Montreal underground city (RÉSO) and stand adjacent to a 40,000-sq. ft. urban park open to the public.

The New Maison de Radio-Canada

CBC/Radio-Canada is the tenant of the building under a 30-year lease.

In early March 2018, Broccolini was awarded the contract to do the interior fit-up of the 3rd and 11th floors of this building. The work was completed on July 1st of that same year. Broccolini subsequently started renovations on the 5th floor in June, the 4th and the 12th floor in August. Work started on the 14th floor in early November and the floor was handed over on April 1st, 2019. Located in Toronto’s Financial District, this WeWork location offers views of Lake Ontario, beautiful private offices and generous conference rooms.

Broccolini was awarded the contract to do the interior fit-up of the 3rd floor of this beautiful building. Located in the heart of Toronto’s tech hub, this WeWork office includes six full floors of private office space, a coworking space and meeting rooms.

WeWork (40 King)

Broccolini was called upon by WeWork to do the interior fit-up of the 41st and 42nd floors of the Scotia Plaza. This WeWork office includes two lounge areas and 8 private rentable office spaces on each floor. The project required the demolition of an existing staircase connecting the two floors and the construction of a new, much larger feature staircase. The project was turned over to WeWork in early December of 2018 to allow their members to move-in.

The project consisted of 3 buildings, including 2 new buildings, for a total area of 425,000 square feet located in the new Ottawa Campus. The project represents an investment of $150 million.
