Montreal's newest and biggest mixed-use project yet. Launched in the fall of 2018, Victoria sur le parc is the embodiment of balance. It is a glass beacon rooted in the heart of a green space; a 200-metre-high tower built on a human scale. The 58-storey skyscraper will comprise 400 units ranging in size from 480-sq.ft. one-bedroom condos to 4,000-sq.ft. penthouses, all steps away from the downtown core and Old Montreal.
Victoria sur le parc and 700 St. Jacques are an ecosystem where you can live, work and play in one place. The spaces were designed to open minds and make borders disappear. Fluid & interconnected, Victoria sur le parc and 700 St. Jacques will be a reflection of Montreal's unique energy.
The new 40-storey building will rise 200 metres above ground and will total approximately 1.1 million square feet of office space. It will be connected to the Montreal underground city (RÉSO) and stand adjacent to a 40,000-sq. ft. urban park open to the public.
