Patterson Dental's new 30,400 sq.ft. expansion is complete with racking and two impressive pick towers spanning 100 to 120 ft in length. Each tower boasts three levels interconnected by a state-of-the-art conveyor system that seamlessly navigates through the entire structure, connecting it to the existing building. Noteworthy additions include a snow shelf, safeguarding the existing building from heavy snow loads, a mezzanine above a loading dock, and meticulously coordinated renovations in operational sections. Overcoming challenges, Broccolini efficiently excavated and poured foundations near electrical poles within a tight timeline.
