Broccolini has recently been informed of fraudulent recruitment activities targeting people outside of Canada. The suspected organization or individuals are sending employment contracts pretending to be Broccolini representatives and are requesting personal information to start an immigration procedure for employment in Canada. Please be cautious of these emails as they are considered fraudulent and a way of stealing money and identity as well as other personal information from you.

Broccolini’s recruitment process always includes in-person interviews with a member of our Human Resources team and/or a member of our management team prior to any official employment offer. Money would never be requested in exchange for a position or to secure a visa to enter Canada.

We recommend that you do not respond to unsolicited employment offers from people with whom you are unfamiliar and suggest that you report them to your local authorities. If you think you have received a fraudulent employment offer, please forward it to and ensure to include the original subject line, email address of sender and complete message including attachments.

Victoria sur le parc

Lansdowne Place

Address: 645 Lansdowne Street West, Peterborough

Completion date: 2009

Building area: 160,000 sq.ft.

Contract: Management

While economists declared that traditional shopping centres were endangered, Lansdowne Place announced a significant investment for an expansion project.

Broccolini was mandated by 20Vic Management to renovate and expand Lansdowne Place, a 2-floor shopping center located in Peterborough, Ontario. Previously a 277,515 sq.ft. surface area accommodating 65 businesses, Lansdowne Place grew ± 160,000 sq.ft. thanks to Broccolini's work.

Broccolini was responsible for the expansion of the existing building and the interior finishing of the common areas, such as the food court, the promenades and the public washrooms. The food court features a central area with a fireplace allowing visitors to enjoy a family meal in a relaxing atmosphere. With its wooden panels, the building's exterior exhibits a "country" theme. The exterior envelope consists of masonry and glazing that embraces this particular style.

The management of this mega project, which began in November 2008, was carried out according to the budgetary and time constraints determined by the client, and was completed in November 2009.
