Marlborough Mall

Constructed in 1971, the Marlborough Mall has been renovated a number of times and modified to host some 100 retailers. The retail pharmacy Shopper's Drug Mart relocated, taking over the more spacious premises constructed by Broccolini on the side of the shopping centre facing 36th Street.

Quartier Laval Phase 2

Quartier Laval is an impressive commercial development located in the heart of the City of Laval. The key stores of this mega centre include Winners and Sears Décor™, among others.

The Faubourg Boisbriand is a unique realization in Canada, its residential sector, its shops and Business Park make it a true living environment. The development stands out not only because of its size but also because it is based on green design.


Designed and built by Broccolini, the Piazz'Azzurri enjoys a prime location on the West Island. Combining both a commercial centre and office space, the building, offers an option unlike any other building in the region.

Centre Laval

Early in the second quarter of 2005, Alexis Nihon announced a significant investment in an expansion project of the Centre Laval shopping centre located in Chomedey.


Broccolini was mandated with the design and construction of this project, consisting in the renovation of an existing building dating back to the 1960s.

Marché Central is one of the largest mega shopping centres in Canada. It welcomes approximately 10 million visitors every year.

The Brick

The Brick furniture store made its entry in the Marché Central during Phase V of the commercial development. The planned store included a showroom of 70,000 sq.ft. for the accommodation of furniture and appliances.
