L/Avenue

Broccolini, the builder & developer of L'Avenue, a 50-storey residential tower located directly across from the Bell Centre opened its model suite and its presentation centre today to the media. The residential tower, which represents a total investment of approximately $200M for Broccolini and their financial partner Carttera Private Equities, will be built on avenue des Canadiens-de-Montréal. L'Avenue will echo Montreal's cultural flair and once built, be the tallest residential tower.

L'Avenue will be composed of three sculpted rectilinear volumes with dark and clear curtain wall glazings. Conceived by Page + Steele / IBI Group Architects, the building will have a unique and modern architectural style inspired by New York skyscrapers. The ground floor will be dedicated to commercial space with restaurants and shops, adding to the already vibrant atmosphere and fast pace of the city. " L'Avenue will become an iconic fixture of Montreal's urban landscape ", stated Mr. Anthony Broccolini, Managing Director at Broccolini and responsible for the L'Avenue project.

An avant-guard touch
Created by interior design firm Munge Leung, winner of multiple prestigious design awards, L'Avenue's entrance lobby and condo suites will reflect a European-inspired aesthetic with contemporary sleek lines. The entrance lobby will make an impression with its towering ceilings, natural stone floors and lounge area with a vertical gas fireplace. All of the suites will have 9-foot-high ceilings and large windows for exceptional natural light. What's more, the suites all have balconies with glass railings and some even have their own terraces. Thanks to its impressive height, L'Avenue residents can enjoy the exceptional views of the St. Lawrence River or Mount Royal.

L'Avenue's open concept living spaces will have engineered hardwood floors in the living room and kitchen. Custom-designed kitchen cabinets and engineered stone counter-tops will give the suites a decidedly urban look. The European-style appliances, which are included with the suites, will feature front panels coordinated with the kitchen cabinets. Each suite also comes with a stacked front-load washer and dryer set.

A range of exclusive amenities
Not only will L'Avenue residents savour the benefits of life in downtown Montréal, they will also have access to a New York inspired amenity floor, including treatment, steam and sauna rooms, state-of-the-art gym, conference room, and indoor/outdoor bar, lounge and party rooms with a fully equipped kitchen. Finally, a magnificent 90' x 14' indoor and outdoor pool with private cabanas and spacious terrace allows residents to take in the spectacular view of the Montréal skyline.

"L'Avenue is a unique and distinguished real estate project that will leave its mark on the Montreal landscape. The stunning architecture and modern design will exceed expectations of anyone looking to take advantage of the best that downtown Montreal has to offer," concluded Anthony Broccolini.

The floor area of the 325 suites range from 430 to 1,100 square feet, and selling prices start at $199,000.
