Dealer Tire is a tire distributor that works in partnership with a number of automotive industry multinationals, including Mercedez-Benz, BMW, Toyota and Volkswagen.
Newrest is an industrial catering company specializing in the aviation sector and operating in more than 49 countries, with their headquarters in Toulouse in France. They were looking to add a facility to their network in Calgary. In 2008, they turned to Broccolini who responded to their needs for the construction of their new Canadian headquarters.

The building can be tailored to meet your own operational needs, with new materials and equipment, larger service bays, more vertical clearance, better temperature control system and more.
Broccolini completed phase 1 of its design-build project of an industrial multi-tenant building in Dorval. With a total surface area of 112,100 square feet, the steel structure building includes 15,500 square feet of mezzanine space and its exterior envelope consists of metal siding, brick and curtain walls.
The construction for this modern multi-tenant industrial building began in June 2007 and the rentable spaces were delivered in November 2007. Broccolini designed and built this multi-tenant complex located in the industrial park.
Danesco markets and distributes a wide range of kitchen accessories. When the company reached the full capacity of their facilities, they turned to Broccolini to enlarge their warehouse.
Everest Cold Storage entrusted Broccolini with the management of its new construction project in Dorval – a large refrigerated warehouse with a free height of almost 45 feet.
In mere months, Broccolini built a massive distribution centre for one of Canada’s largest retailers. Canadian Tire, with whom Broccolini has developed a solid relationship, selected Broccolini for the construction of its 130-million-dollar Eastern Canada distribution centre; the largest single-phase industrial construction project built in Canada at the time and a benchmark for all other industrial projects.
Launched in May 2008, Broccolini completed the second phase of its new building in Dorval designed to accommodate five industrial tenants. The entire project covers a surface area of 89,000 sq.ft., including a 29,800-sq.ft. warehouse space (with a 6,200 sq.ft. mezzanine).
M&M Footwear, a major shoe importer established in Québec, entrusted Broccolini with the construction of its new building located on the corner of Thimens Boulevard and Pomba Street in the Saint-Laurent borough of Montréal, not far from its original location on Gougeon Street.
