Telus House

On the corner of Bank and Slater Streets, the nine-storey, 160,000-sq.ft., Class A building was designed to meet some of the most stringent requirements for energy efficiency in the country. It was conceived by Richard Chmiel Architect & Associates to meet the LEED Gold Certification. A major showpiece in the downtown core, TELUS House is a one-of-a-kind building in Ottawa. Designed and built on a very tight schedule and under extenuating circumstances, the building lends itself well to TELUS' corporate needs and "Future Friendly" branding. Broccolini's main objective was to ensure that the needs of the tenants were respected, that the move into the building was seamless and that all the occupants were satisfied with their new home.
